Terms of Service

Welcome to LinkBasket. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cospixare Technologies ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), regarding your access to and use of the LinkBasket mobile application and the website (linkbasket.shop) (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, pairing lists, or purchasing subscriptions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration & Pairing Security

To access collaborative features, you must register for an account using a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, session tokens, and list pairing keys. Any activity occurring under your account or using your paired list keys is your responsibility. Sharing your pairing keys with unauthorized parties is done at your own risk; any member added to a paired list key will have immediate read/write access to that list's contents, prices, and chat logs.

2. Collaboration, Synced Checklists, & Real-Time Chat

The Service facilitates real-time data syncing and contextual messaging across collaborators. You agree not to post, share, or sync any content that is offensive, unlawful, defamatory, or violates third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove any collaborative list, clear chat messages, or suspend accounts if we detect abuse, spamming of pairing keys, or violations of acceptable use guidelines.

3. Premium Subscriptions & Strict No-Refund Policy

We offer premium features through paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Ultimate). Billing is processed securely through our payment gateway, Razorpay. By subscribing, you agree to recurring monthly charges. ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated adjustments for partial months of service, unused collaboration slots, or cancellation of subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings, which will prevent future billing while keeping your premium access active until the end of your prepaid billing period.

4. Offline Performance & Data Disclaimer

LinkBasket operates using an offline-first architecture, allowing you to edit lists without a network connection. However, final database synchronization requires an active internet connection. We are not responsible for any data loss, sync conflicts, or un-synced list changes that occur due to device failures, operating system crashes, or extended offline usage without proper subsequent internet connectivity.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design assets, logo, code, database schemas, text formatting, and website assets, is the sole property of Cospixare Technologies and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the app for personal, non-commercial household utility use.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. COSPIXARE TECHNOLOGIES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL COSPIXARE TECHNOLOGIES, ITS DIRECTORS, OR ITS EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, India.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will alert users to modifications by updating the "Last Updated" date at linkbasket.shop/terms. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
