Refund Policy
At LinkBasket, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our users. Please read our refund terms carefully before subscribing to any of our premium plans (Starter, Pro, Ultimate).
1. All Sales Are Final
Except as explicitly required by applicable law, all subscription purchases, upgrades, and renewals for Starter, Pro, and Ultimate tiers are final and strictly non-refundable. Once a transaction is processed via Razorpay, no refunds, credits, or pro-rated adjustments will be issued for any unused period of your subscription.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through the app settings. Upon cancellation, your premium benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and no further billing will occur. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any previously paid fees.
3. Exceptions & Support
In extremely rare circumstances, such as unauthorized charges due to security breaches or verified billing system anomalies, we may review transactions on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your charge was processed in error, please contact us within 48 hours at support@linkbasket.shop with full transaction details.
