• User-Generated Content: Grocery lists, item descriptions, quantities, price figures (estimated and actual spent), custom item remarks, and messages sent through the contextual list group chat.
• Diagnostic & Device Logs: Basic analytical parameters, device models, operating system versions, and app diagnostic logs to help troubleshoot synchronization performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is processed strictly for the following functional purposes:

• To synchronize list items, prices, remarks, and group chat messages in real-time across your paired devices and active collaborators.
• To deliver instant collaborative push notifications (e.g., when an item is purchased or a new note is added) via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
• To facilitate secure payment operations for Starter, Pro, and Ultimate subscriptions processed via Razorpay.
• To serve non-intrusive advertisements via Google Mobile Ads on free subscription tiers.

3. Security, Encryption & Data Storage

We prioritize security. Your lists and custom item remarks are stored securely in Google Firebase databases and synced using TLS/SSL encryption. Contextual group chat channels are isolated per list key. Decryption keys and paired list accesses are verified locally on your device, ensuring that unauthorized users cannot inspect your household shopping decks or financial trackers.

4. Device Permissions

To deliver complete app functionality, LinkBasket requests specific permissions on your mobile device:

• Network/Internet Access: To synchronize lists, process updates, and sync database records with Firebase Cloud services.
• Push Notifications: To alert you in real-time when collaborators edit lists or message you in chat decks.
• Camera Access (Optional): If receipt scanning heuristics are utilized, camera permissions will be requested to capture receipt images.

5. Data Sharing & Third-Party Integrations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties. We integrate with select trusted partners for app operations:

• Firebase (Google LLC): For cloud database hosting, real-time state synchronization, and crash diagnostics.
• Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd.: For high-security payment processing. We do not store your credit card or banking details on our servers.
• Google Mobile Ads: For serving standard advertisements on the free plan tier.

6. User Rights & Data Deletion

We respect your ownership of your data. You have complete control over your information:

• You can inspect, edit, or delete items, remarks, and lists directly within the user interface at any time.
• You can request permanent deletion of your user profile, paired accounts, and all synced cloud database contents at any time. This can be executed instantly inside the app's Profile settings by tapping the "Delete Account" button, or by writing to us at privacy@linkbasket.shop.
